Shipping Charges

We offer free shipment service to almost all Provinces of Canada and across all states of United States of America unless specified, whereas customer need to bare delivery costs in case of for all shipping. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Canada Post, USPS, DHL, and Fedex. If there is no postal service available in your area, please drop a mail at care@sujatra.shop and we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery mechanism. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. In such a case please send in a mail to care@sujatra.shop for resolution.

Shipping Duration

Once your order has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days*. Times to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays as our logistic partner does not pick-up on those days.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because any item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

Order Tracking

Items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

Custom Duties and Other Taxes if any

Any applicable custom’s will be payable by the customer, if any. Please pay online to the courier company if requested by them. If these duties are requested, you would notify by e-mail directly by the shipping companies. Sujatra.shop is not responsible for any custom duty’s payments. Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land under any circumstances and Sujatra.shop will not be liable for them.
